Parking:
You may park in the designated client spot directly in front of our door.
Additional parking is available across the street in the Northgate Plaza lot.
Use the walkway across from Starbucks to reach our entrance.
We’re located in the North Deering neighborhood of Portland, in the white building across from Northgate Shopping Plaza and next to Starbucks. You can reach Auburn Street from Rt. 100, Washington Avenue, or Allen Avenue.

What to Expect During Your Session
Our sessions are always personalized for your comfort and deep relaxation. You may choose from:
Pillows & bolsters
Weighted and cozy blankets
Music
Lavender eye pillows
Heated table
Crystal healing stones
Essential oils
Clients remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a massage table while receiving gentle, heart-centered techniques with light or slightly above-body touch.
Most clients report feeling lighter, brighter, calmer, and more grounded, with an increased sense of wellness and peace.
