Here are a few tips to maximize your supportive energy and release the unhelpful stuff. I’ve found them helpful for me, my family, clients and colleagues.

We would love to hear which ones work best for you and what else you discover.

 

Add more fresh fruit, vegetables and water! These will squeeze out less healthy alternatives and provide that strong Earth energy. Eat more, not less!

Get outside! Take a walk, visit the beach, build a little bonfire! Spending time in nature refreshes, grounds and taps more Earth energy.

Enjoy your senses. Savor that jam, listen to your favorite music, light that new candle, how does that sweater feel? Sensing keeps you present and grateful, not regretting the past or dreading the future.

Write it down! Get it off your mind, your shoulders, your back, your chest! Don't fret spelling, just dump. You don’t have to share it with anyone unless you choose!

Walk away! Thoughtfully put distance between you and the people and circumstances that trigger stress or other heavy feelings. It’s ok to set limits, in fact it's essential, especially when all you can really control is yourself.

Move your body, however you enjoy! Nuff said.

Have a little fun! Learn a new joke, dance to your favorite music, do something you love every day. Spend time with folks you enjoy. Your body and soul will thank you!

Build some quiet time into your day. Relax, breathe, be still, check in with your body.
